Seattle Area Spring Activities to Check Out

Spring has sprung with the official start of daylight savings time. What will you do with your extra hour? We have some ideas:

Check Out the Cherry Blossoms

There are both in-person and virtual options depending on your comfort level, but this is a sight everyone should see at least once! The famed Cherry Blossom season comes near the end of March, and is a great excuse to take new family pictures (or pictures of any kind, really).

Enjoy A Mariner’s Game

This is also something you can do in-person or from home depending on how you feel most comfortable. This season, baseball is back at limited capacity if you’re up for a day at the ballpark.

Taste Washington

This festival goes through the month of March, and is perfect for all of the Washington wine lovers out there. You can even take bits of the festival to-go with their new take-home option!

Visit the Seattle Aquarium

A personal favorite venue of mine, this is a great place to spend a day any time of year, but especially as the days get longer and the weather becomes increasingly beautiful. The best part? There’s something for all ages to enjoy and learn during their visit!

Stroll Through the Fremont Sunday Market

There’s nothing quite like a Sunday at the market. With over 70 curated vendors to explore, remember to bring your favorite reusable tote to make sure you can enjoy as many goodies as your heart desires! The market is also dog-friendly, so feel free to bring Fido!
